• Fight to retain and attract dedicated educators and support staff. This begins with fair contracts and respect for them as people and professionals.

• Plan and prepare for our ever growing population by ensuring our physical schools have adequate space and needed updates.

• Increase educational opportunities and paths for our students by engaging with community organizations and further supporting existing programs.
